We are looking for a Head of QA Department who can lead and manage the quality assurance (QA) division, developing and executing strategies to ensure and improve the quality of products and services. The Head of QA will utilize their expertise in quality management to lead the team and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.
This role involves designing and improving QA processes, conducting quality audits, verifying product quality before release, and setting and monitoring quality-related KPIs. Additionally, the role includes planning and conducting quality training, analyzing root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance or quality control, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of ISO and other quality standards. We welcome candidates who can contribute to building a strong quality culture within the organization.
